肾脏良性肿瘤的诊断与治疗(附37例报告)

目的探讨肾脏良性肿瘤的诊断与治疗.方法对1983～1999年收治的37例肾脏良性肿瘤进行回顾性分析.结果肾脏良性肿瘤占同期收治肾脏肿瘤的9.49%.临床有症状22例(59.45%),主要表现为患侧腰痛;有体征5例(13.51%),均表现为腹部包块.另15例(40.54%)体检时行超声检查发现.术前通过超声和CT确诊24例(64.86%).治疗方法主要是肿瘤切除术,但要根据术中肿瘤情况决定,必要时做肾切除.术后病理主要为血管平滑肌脂肪瘤30例(81.08%),其次为嗜酸细胞腺瘤5例(13 51%).结论肾脏良性肿瘤较恶性肿瘤少见,临床表现缺乏特异性,超声及CT是诊断的重要手段.治疗时应将肿瘤完整切除.肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤是主要的病理类型.

The diagnosis and treatment of benign renal neoplasms:a report of 37 cases

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of benign renal neoplasms.Methods The files of 37 patients admitted to our hospital from 1983 to 1999 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The incidence of benign renal neoplsasms was 9.49% in all patients with primary renal neoplsms.Among the 37 patients,twenty two (59.45%) had symptoms in which flank pain was the main complaint.Abdominal mass were found in 5 patients (13.51%).The other 15 patients (40.54%) were detected by ultrasonography on routine examinations.Thwenty four patients (64.86%) got correct diagnosis before operation through ultrasonography and or CT scan.Totally removal of tumor part was the main treatment.Among the pathological results,angiomyelolipoma was the commonest type (81.08%),oncocytoma was the second (13.51%).Conclusions Benign renal neoplsms are rarer than malignant neoplsms,the clinical manifestation is not specific,ultrasonography and CT scan are the main diagnostic procedures.Totally removal of tumor part should be performed.Angiomyelolipoma is the commonest pathological type.
