| 摘 要： | 评价诊断ＤＩＣ常用试验。方法Ｄ－Ｄ、ＦＤＰ、３Ｐｔｅｓｔ、ＰＴ、ＡＰＴＴ和ＦＢＧ检测９３例急性白血病患者（４４例合并ＤＩＣ）及７５例产科患者（２１例合并ＤＩＣ）。评价这些实验方法的敏感法、特异性及试验有效性。结果和结论３Ｐ试验敏感性较低,但特异性较好。Ｄ－Ｄ及ＦＤＰ敏感性高,但特异性较差。在不同出凝血疾病当中各种实验室指标的阳性率也有不同。恰当的实验指标组合可降低漏诊率和增加实验的有效性。

| Abstract: | Objective: TO assess the clinical impplication of routine test for DIC diagnosis. Methods D-D, FDP, 3P test, PT, APTTand FBG were performed in 93 cases of acute leukemia (44 cases complicated with DIC) and in 75 cases Of obstetric diseases (21 cases complicated with DIC). Specificity and efficiency of each test were evaluated. Results and conclusion Lowersensitivity and higher specificity were shown in 3P test. Higher sensitivity and lower efficiency were found in D-D and FDPtest. There were better efficiency in APTT, PT or FBG. Proper combining tests can be helpful in the diagnosis of DIC. |
