沙参麦冬汤合益胃汤加减治疗卡托普利所致干咳的疗效观察

目的：观察沙参麦冬汤合益胃汤加减治疗卡托普利所致干咳的临床疗效。方法：将40例患者,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各20例。对照组口服复方甘草片,治疗组口服沙参麦冬汤合益胃汤,药物组成：南沙参15 g、北沙参15 g,玉竹10 g,天冬10 g,麦冬10 g,天花粉9 g,白扁豆6 g,桑叶15 g,生甘草6 g,桔梗15 g,陈皮15 g,石斛10 g,生地黄15 g。随证加减：咽喉肿痛者加牛蒡子10 g;声音嘶哑者加蝉蜕l5 g;便秘者加生地黄、知母各15 g;痰中带血者加白及20 g;1剂/d,水煎服,治疗14d。结果：治疗组患者干咳缓解的有效率90%,对照组有效率为75%,两组差异有显著统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：沙参麦冬汤合益胃汤加减可改善干咳患者的临床症状。

Observation on Efficacy of Shashen Maidong Decoction Together with Yiwei Decoction in Treating Dry Cough Induced by Captopril Tablets

Objective：To observe the efficacy of modified Shashen Maidong Decoction and Yiwei Decoction in improving clinical symptoms of patients with dry cough induced by captopril tablets.Methods：With the method of random number method,40 cases with dry cough induced by captopril tablets were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group with 20 cases in each.The control group was given compound liquorice tablets.The treatment group was given Shashen Maidong Decoction and Yiwei Decoction for oral administration.The ingredients in the formula consist of Adenophorae 15 g,littoralis 15 g,Polygonatum 10 g,Asparagus 10 g,Radix Ophiopogonis 10 g,Radix trichosanthis 9 g,white beans 6 g,mulberry leaves 15 g,raw licorice 6 g,Campanulaceae 15 g,dried tangerine peel 15 g,Dendrobium 10 g,dried rehmannia root 15 g.Modification according to the syndromes：for sore throat,add Arctium 10 g;for hoarseness,add Periostracum Cicadae l5 g;for constipation,add Rehmanniae15 g and Anemarrhena 15 g;for sputum with blood,add Rhizoma Bletillae 20 g;1 formula was given per day,which was decocted with water and treated for 14 d.Results：The efficiency for the relief of dry cough was 90% in the treatment group and the efficiency was 75% in the control group.The difference showed marked statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical symptoms of patients with dry cough induced by ACEI drug can be improved with the treatment of modified Shashen Maidong Decoction and Yiwei Decoction
