| 摘 要： | 目的：观察香砂六君子汤加味治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法：将68例门诊病例,按随机数字表单盲法分为对照组34例和治疗组34例,对照组用西药多潘立酮治疗,治疗组用中药香砂六君子汤加味治疗。结果：治疗组的有效率为94.12%,对照组为85.29%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组在疗效和症状改善方面优于对照组。结论：香砂六君子汤加味对功能性消化不良具有良好的疗效,尤其是能够明显地改善临床症状。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of xiangsha liujunzi tang to treat functional dyspepsia.Methods：68 cases of clinic service divided into the treatment group 34 cases and control group 34 cases according to random table,the treatment group was treated by xiangsha liujunzi tang（xiangsha liujunzi tang with yanhusuo）,the control group was treated by domperidone.Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.12% and the control group was 85.29%,with significant differences between the two groups（P0.05）.The curative effect and the improvement of symptoms of the treatment group were better than the control group.Conclusion：Xiangsha liujunzi tang has a good curative effect on functional dyspepsia,especially the improvement of clinical symptoms. |
