中西医结合治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎临床研究

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法：以美国国立研究所（NIH）提出的前列腺炎综合征定义和分类系统（CPSI）为标准并评估疗效。选取符合诊断标准的患者219例,按随机数字表法分组,中西医结合组采用中西医结合治疗,中药汤剂选用补骨金慈汤,方药组成：补骨脂15 g,琥珀10 g,山慈菇12 g,淫羊藿10 g,白花蛇舌草12 g,鱼腥草12 g,川芎10 g,穿山甲10 g,黄柏15 g。每日1剂,早晚2次煎服;合用西药药物敏感试验给予敏感的抗生素每日2次和α受体阻滞剂;中药组应用补骨金慈汤每日1剂,早晚2次煎服;西药组用敏感的抗生素每日2次和α受体阻滞剂。3组均治疗7周后观察治愈率、有效率、NIH-CPSI及最大尿流率。结果：中西医结合组有效率为93.55%,西药组有效率78.37%,中药组有效率70.15%,差异有显著性（P〈0.005）,最大尿流率及NIH-CPSI均差异有显著性（P〈0.05或0.001）。结论：中西医结合治疗是治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的有效途径。

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Chronic Non-bacterial Prostatitis by Integrative Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

Objective：To explore the clinical effects of treating chronic non-bacterial prostatitis by integrative traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.Methods：The syndrome definition and classification system（CPSI） for prostatitis proposed by the United States National Institute（NIH） was taken as the standard to assess curative effects.219 selected patients who met the diagnosis condition were grouped according to the random number table method.The group of integrative traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine was given both traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,while decoction of Chinese medicine group was given Bugu Jinci Decoction which was composed of psoralen 15 g,amber 10 g,indian lphigenia bulb 12 g,epimedium 10 g,hedyotis diffusa 12 g,houttuynia 12 g,ligusticum wallichii 10 g,pangolin 10 g,cortex phellodendri 15 g,one dose per day,decocted and taken two times in the morning and at night respectively.The western medicine group was given sensitive antibiotics and α-blockersfor drug susceptibility testing twice a day;Chinese medicine group was given Bugu Jinci Decoction,one dose per day decocted and taken two times in the morning and at night respectively;western medicine group was given sensitive antibiotics and α-blockers twice a day.Curative rate,effective rate,NIHCPSI and the maximum urinary flow rate were observed after treated for seven weeks in all three groups.Results：The effective rate in the group of integrative traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine was 93.55%;the western medicine group was 78.37%;the Chinese medicine group was 70.15%;the difference was significant（P〈0.05）;the difference of maximum urinary flow rate and NIH-CPSI in every group was significant（P〈0.05,0.001）.Conclusion：Integrative traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is effective in treating chronic non-bacterial prostatitis.
