小针刀配合中药内服治疗跟痛症疗效观察

目的：探讨小针刀配合中药内服治疗跟痛症的疗效。方法：将109例跟痛症患者随机分为对照组42例和治疗组67例,治疗组采用小针刀配合中药内服治疗跟痛症;对照组采用体积分数为2%盐酸利多卡因2～5 mL与强的松龙15～20 mg混悬液局部痛点注射。结果：治疗组优49例,占73.13%;良12例,占17.91%;可4例,占5.97%;差2例,占2.99%。本组优良率为91.04%。对照组优23例,占54.76%;良9例,占21.43%;可6例,占14.29%;差4例,占9.52%。本组优良率为76.19%。经统计学处理,两组优良率有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：小针刀配合中药内服治疗跟痛症能获得较好的疗效。

Efficacy Observation on Heel Pain Treated with Needle-knife Therapy Combined with Oral Administration of Chinese Medicine

Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect of needle-knife therapy combined with Chinese medicine in treating heel pain.Methods：The treatment group adopted needle-knife therapy combined with Chinese medicine for heel pain;In the control group,local trigger points were selected and injected with mixed and suspended solution of 2-5 mL 2% lidocaine and 15-20 mg prednisolone.Results：In the treatment group,49 cases were markedly effective,accounting for 73.13%;12 cases effective,accounting for 17.91%;4 cases slightly effective,accounting for 5.97%;2 cases were ineffectively treated,accounting for 2.99%.Effective rate was 91.04% in this group.In the control group,23 cases were markedly effective,accounting for 54.76%;9 cases effective,accounting for 21.43%;6 cases slightly effective,accounting for 14.29%;4 cases were ineffectively treated,accounting for 9.52%.The total effective rate was 76.19% in this group.Through statistic process and analysis,there was significant difference（P〉0.01）.Conclusion：Needle-knife therapy combined with Chinese medicine shows excellent therapeutic effect in treating the heel pain.
