调胃四合汤治疗反流性食管炎疗效观察

目的：探讨调胃四合汤治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法：将符合诊断标准的84例患者按随机数字表单盲法分为治疗组与对照组,对照组给予奥美拉唑,每日口服2次,20 mg/次,莫沙必利每日口服3次,5 mg/次,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用中药调胃四合汤加减口服（药物组成：姜半夏10 g,黄连10 g,黄芩10 g,干姜10 g,甘草5 g,党参20 g,旋覆花10 g,代赭石20 g,吴茱萸5 g,海螵蛸20 g,浙贝母10 g,柴胡10 g,茯苓20 g）。结果：治疗8周后,治疗组和对照组治愈率分别为88.9%和66.67%（P〈0.05）,治疗组治愈率明显高于对照组;0.5 a复发率治疗组为19.05%,对照组为35.71%,治疗组明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：调胃四合汤治疗反流食管炎疗效显著,复发率底。

Curative Effect Observation Regulating Stomach four Decoction in the Treatment of Reflux Esophagitis

Objective：To investigate the clinical curative effect four Regulating Stomach Decoction in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods：The diagnostic criteria of 84 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,the control group was given orally 2 times daily,omeprazole,20 mg/time,mosapride orally 3 times daily,5 mg/time,the treatment group in the control group based on the use of traditional Chinese Medicine regulating stomach four Decoction oral（drug composition：Pinellia Rhizoma Coptidis in 10 g,10 g,10 g,10 g skullcap,dried ginger,licorice,5 g,20 g and 10 g Codonopsis pilosula,elecampane,ochre 20 g,Evodia 5 g,20 g of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq cuttlebone,10 g,10 G and 20 g bupleurum root,tuckahoe）.Results：After 8 weeks treatment,the treatment group and the control group the cure rates were 88.9% and 66.67%（P0.05）,the treatment group cure rate was significantly higher than the control group;0.5 a recurrence rate of treatment group was 19.05%,35.71% in control group,the treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：regulating stomach four Decoction in the treatment of reflux esophagitis with significant efficacy,relapse rate.
