益气养阴润肠汤改善结肠黑变病小鼠肠动力的实验观察

摘    要:目的:研究益气养阴润肠汤改善结肠黑变病小鼠肠动力效果,为临床提供实验依据。方法:将48只小鼠随机分为正常组,模型组,益气养阴剂高、中、低剂量组,福松组,观测各组碳末推进率。结果:益气养阴润肠汤(黄芪20 g,党参10 g,当归10g,陈皮10 g,升麻10 g,白术15 g,玄参10 g,麦冬10 g,生地黄10 g,肉桂2 g,甘草3 g)各剂量组的碳末推进率均明显提高,中、高剂量组优于对照组。结论:益气养阴润肠汤能促进肠动力,是治疗结肠黑变病的有效方法。

Abstract:Objective:Study the effect of supplementing qi and nourishing yin improving enterokinesia of mice with colon melanosis.So that can provide the evidence for clinical practice.Methods:48 mice randomly divided into normal group,model group,supplementing qi and nourishing yin,high,medium and low dose group,Forlax group.Observe the carbon drive rates of each group.Results:Supplementing qi and nourishing yin decoction(astragalus 20 g,dangshen 10 g,angelica 10 g,chenpi10 g,cohosh 10 g,white atractylodes 15 g,igwort 10 g,creeping liriope 10 g,Rehmannia Root 10 g,cinnamon 2 g,licorice 3 g) Each dose group of carbon drive rates increases significantly.Medium and high dose group were better than the control group.Conclusion:Supplementing qi and nourishing yin decoction can promote bowel power.It is the effective method to treat the colon melanosis.
