锁阳的现代研究及展望

目的：分析中药锁阳现代研究及存在的问题,探讨其应用前景。方法：综合锁阳已有的现代研究,归纳其研究特点及存在问题,并展望其未来研究方向。结果：锁阳含有黄酮类、三萜类、甾体类、糖和糖苷类、挥发性成分等成分,有增强人体性功能、增强机体免疫功能、清除自由基、抗氧化及抗衰老、耐缺氧、抗应激、抗疲劳等作用,临床报道多见锁阳入复方用于男性肾阳虚证及女性肾阳虚证治疗。结论：锁阳的药理作用为其治疗女性肾阳虚证提供了理论基础,在妇科疾病治疗方面有一定价值。
