中风先兆证从心身论治思路探讨

目的：探讨中风先兆证临床诊疗新思路。方法：基于中风先兆证病机特点,重视心理压力等情志因素对疾病的影响,结合患者心理状况与性格特征,试以中医内科心身疾病诊疗模式论治中风先兆证。结果与结论：心身并重论治中风先兆证,为中风先兆证临床诊疗提供新思路,以求提高临床疗效,降低中风发病率。

Exploration on Stroke Aurae Syndrome from the Thought of Psychosomatic Differentiation and Treatment

Objective：To investigate the new clinical thoughts of diagnosis and treatment of stroke aurae syndrome.Methods：Based on the characteristics of pathogenesis of stroke aurae syndrome,by emphasizing the impact of psychological stress and other emotional factors on the disease and combining with the psychological status of patients and personality traits,diagnosis and treatment patterns for psychosomatic diseases in TCM internal medicine were used for the differentiation and treatment of stroke aurae syndrome.Results and Conclusion：The differentiation and treatment of stroke aurae syndrome by emphasizing both the the physical and psychological aspects has provided new thoughts for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this syndrome in order to improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the incidence of stroke.
