| 摘 要： | 目的探讨无张力腹股沟疝修补术后复发的原因、预防和再手术治疗的方法。方法回顾性分析60例无张力腹股沟疝修补术后复发的临床资料,找出复发的原因,提出再次手术的方法;60例患者手术的方式仍为开放式无张力腹股沟疝修补术,其中疝环充填式无张力疝修补术后复发疝18例,平片修补术后复发疝9例,改良Kugel腹股沟疝修补术后复发疝3例。结果随访6～24个月,平均15个月,仅有2例患者复发。结论无张力腹股沟疝修补术后复发与腹内压持续增加、术中解剖不清、术中操作失误、年龄有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the causes of recurrence,prevention and treatment methods after tension free inguinal hernioplasty.Methods The causes of postoperative recurrence were analyzed based on the clinical data of 60 patients who underwent tension free inguinal hernioplasty.The reoperation method was proposed and the open tension free inguinal hernioplasty was adopted.Eighteen recurrence cases after mesh plug tension-free hernioplasty,9 cases after flat plug hernioplasty and 3 cases after improved Kugel hernioplasty were included.Results The follow-up was lasted for 6~24 months,an average of 15 months,only two patients were relapsed.Conclusion Postoperative recurrence after tension free inguinal hernioplasty was associated with consistently increased intra-abdominal pressure,anatomical vague in operation,operating error and age. |
