| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨指针点揉阳溪穴治疗咳嗽的临床疗效。方法：对37例咳嗽患者运用指腹点揉双侧阳溪穴,力度由轻到重,以患者能耐受为度,点揉15～20 min,每日1次,5次为1疗程。结果：显效25例占67.6%,有效10例占27.0%,无效2例占5.4%,有效率为94.6%。结论：指针点揉阳溪穴治疗咳嗽的临床疗效显著,操作简便,且无不良反应。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of point rubbing Yangxi（LI5） with finger-needle for the treatment of cough.Methods：Bilateral Yangxi（LI5） were rubbed and pressed with the abdominal part of the finger and the intensity differ from light to heavy which was dependent on the tolerance of the patient.Rub for 15-20 min,once a day,5 times as a course of treatment.Results：25 cases were markedly effective,accounting for 67.6%;10 cases effective,accounted for 27.0%;2 cases failed,accounting for 5.4%.The total effective rate was 94.6%.Conclusion：Point rubbing Yangxi（LI5） with finger-needle has marked clinical therapeutic effect in treating cough,which is easy to operate and has no side effects. |
