附子蜂房汤治疗慢性肾功能不全临床研究

目的：观察附子蜂房汤治疗慢性肾功能不全的临床疗效。方法：将36例慢性肾功能不全患者按随机数字表单盲法分为两组。对照组在常规处理的基础上,给予低蛋白饮食、控制血压及对症治疗。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上配合口服附子蜂房汤治疗。治疗2月后观察两组的血脂及血尿素氮（BUN）、血肌酐（SCr）、血红蛋白（Hb）等指标的变化情况。结果：治疗组有效率为80.55%,对照组有效率38.89%,治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：附子蜂房汤治疗慢性肾功能不全的疗效显著。

Chinical Study of Fuzifengfan Tang in the Treatment of Chronic Renal Insufficiency Clinical Research

Objective：To observe the curative effect of Fuzifengfang Tang in the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency.Methods：36 patients with chronic renal insufficiency patients were randomly divided into two groups,in conventional treatment,and on the basis of 18 patients in the control group,given the low protein diet,control blood pressure and symptomatic treatment;The treatment group 18 cases in the control group based on treatment with oral Fuzifengfang Tang.Treatment for two months after the two groups of observation blood lipid and BUN,SCr,such as the changes of the Hb index.Results：The total effective rate was 80.55% in treatment group and control group in the effective rate was 38.89%,the treatment group was better than control P0.01.Conclusion：Fuzifengfang Tang in the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency of curative effect is distinct.
