参麦宁心合剂治疗冠心病心力衰竭临床研究

目的：探讨参麦宁心合剂治疗冠心病心力衰竭（气阴两虚证）的临床疗效。方法：120例冠心病心力衰竭（气阴两虚证）患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予常规抗心力衰竭治疗。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用参麦宁心合剂口服。观察治疗前后心功能评价和中医证候改善情况。结果：与治疗前相比,两组患者经治疗心功能均有改善。与对照组相比,治疗组的NYHA心功能分级、中医证候评分的改善更明显（P〈0.05）。结论：参麦宁心合剂可改善气阴两虚证冠心病心力衰竭患者的临床症状,改善左心收缩功能。

Clinical Study on Heart Failure of Coronary Heart Disease Treated with Shenmai Ningxin Mixture

Objective：To explore the clinical therapeutic effects and nursing experience of treating heart failure of coronary heart disease（qi and yin deficiency） with Shenmai Ningxin Mixture.Methods：120 cases of coronary heart disease patients with heart failure（both qi and yin deficiency） were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was given routine treatment of resisting heart failure.The treatment group was additionally given Shenmai Ningxin Mixture for oral administration on the basis of the treatment given to the control group.Then the cardiac functional evaluation and improvement situation of TCM syndrome before and after treatment were observed.Results：Compared with the heart function before treatment,heart function of patients in both groups had been improved after the treatment.Compared with the control group,the NYHA categorization and the improvement of TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was more obvious（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical symptoms of coronary heart disease patients with heart failure of qi and yin deficiency type can be improved by Shenmai Ningxin Mixture,which can also ameliorate the function of left heart contraction.
