对高等护理专业学生职业生涯规划的调查分析

目的调查高等护理专业学生职业生涯规划现状,比较不同背景资料学生职业生涯规划特点,为加强学生职业生涯规划教育提供依据。方法采用方便抽样、分层抽样和单纯随机抽样法,运用自制的学生职业生涯规划问卷调查某市4所普通高等院校1-4年级学生474名。结果学生职业生涯规划总体得分为(2.83±0.40)分。性别和学历对学生职业生涯规划总体得分影响无统计学意义(P0.05)。一本、二本、三本院校学生职业生涯规划总体得分差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。年级对护理大专生职业生涯规划总体得分影响无统计学意义(P0.05),但对护理本科生影响有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论高等护理专业学生职业生涯规划处于中等水平。学校层次和年级对学生职业生涯规划有不同程度的影响。高等护理教育应开展职业生涯规划指导,依据学生的具体情况,采取针对性职业生涯规划教育,督促学生进行有效的职业生涯规划。

Investigation on career planning of associate and undergraduate nursing students

Objective To investigate the career planning status of nursing students at college,and to compare the career planning level among nursing students with different backgrounds,in order to provide a practical basis for the career planning education for nursing students.Methods Totally schools of nursing of 4 universities were chosen by convenience sampling,then 264 undergraduate nursing students and 210 nursing college students in different grades were recruited by stratified random sampling to complete the questionnaire.Results The nursing students＇ total career planning score was 2.83 ±0.40.There were no significant differences between the male and the female nursing students（P〈0.05）,the associate and undergraduate nursing students（P〈0.05）,while there were significant differences among the nursing students in the first-class,second-class,and third-class university（P 0.05）.There were significant differences among the undergraduates in different grades（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Career planning of nursing students is at a medium level.The students with different backgrounds have different career planning level.Nursing schools should carry out career planning instructions for nursing students and lead them to effective career planning.
