| 摘 要： | 目的：观察肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)诱导白血病细胞株(HL—60)的调亡作用。方法：用肿瘤坏死因子诱导白血病细胞株，观察细胞形态变化及进行核酸分析。结果：肿瘤坏死因子作用白血病细胞株后该细胸呈调亡改变，细胞DNA降解琼脂糖凝胶电泳呈阶梯状区带。结论：肿瘤坏死因子能够诱导白血病细胞调亡。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the inducing effect of cytokines on apoptosis in leukemia cells(HL-60)when tumor necrosis factor(TNF)was applied.Method:Leukemia cells were induced with Tumor necrosis factor.morphological changes of thymocyte were observed and nucleic acid was analysed.Result:Tumor necrosis factor elicited typical apoposis morphological changes NAD fragmentation showed a typical NAD ladder by agarose,gel electrophoresis.Couclusion:Tumor Necrosis Factor is able to induce apoptosis in leukemia cells. |
