乙型肝炎后肝硬化患者血清瘦素水平测定及临床意义

目的探讨乙型肝炎后肝硬化患者血清瘦素水平及其临床意义。方法肝硬化组41例,对照组30例,全自动生化仪检测肝功能、血糖及血脂,放免法检测胰岛素及瘦素,测定身高、体重及体重指数,胰岛素抵抗用HOMA估算。结果肝硬化组与对照组血清瘦素水平无显著性差异,且无性别差异,肝硬化患者血清瘦素水平与体重指数呈正相关,与肝功能、胰岛素及胰岛素抵抗无关。结论肝硬化患者血清瘦素水平与疾病本身有关,是反映能量消耗的一个指标。

The Evaluation and Clinical Significance of Serum Leptin in HBV-positive Hepatitic Cirrhosis Patients

Objective To explore the clinical significance of the serum leptin in HBV-positive hepatitic cirrhosis.Methods 41 patients of cirrhosis and 30 normal persons were chosen,the liver function,blood insulin and leptin were detected by radioimmunoassay,height,weight index were surveyed,Insulin resistance was estimated by HOMA.Results The levels of leptin of the cirrhosis and the controls were not significant,and they were no sex difference between them.The levels of leptin of the cirrhosis are positive correlation to baric index,and are not related to liver function,insulin and insulin resistance.Conclusions The level of serum leptin was related to disease itself,and it is an index to reflect energy consumption.
