| 摘 要： | 新生儿黄疸是新生儿期常见的生理和病理现象,发病率逐年上升,致病因素也逐年变化,严重的并发核黄疸而遗留神经系统损害。因此,及时有效的早期干预是降低新生儿胆红素脑病致死率和致残率的关键。

| Abstract: | Neonatal jaundice is the common physiological and pathological symptom among neonate.Incidence rate of neonatal jaundice rise yearly and pathogenic factor year to year changes too.A severe complication with kernicterus leads to damages of bequeathal nervous system.Therefore,timely,effective and early intervention is vital to reduce fatality rate and disability rate of neonatal bilirubin encephalopathy. |
