| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌改良根治术中保留肋间臂神经的临床价值。方法85例行Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌改良根治术,保留肋间臂神经61例,切除24例,术后对患者进行随访观察。结果保留肋间臂神经61例中,术后患者上臂内侧及腋部皮肤感觉正常58例（95.08%）、感觉异常3例（4.92%）;切除肋间臂神经24例均有感觉异常,2组比较差异有显著性（χ2=17.71,P〈0.001）。随访1-5年,85例均无肿瘤局部复发。结论在乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结清除术中,保留肋间臂神经是可行的,既保存了上臂内侧及腋部皮肤感觉功能,又改善患者术后生活质量,具有一定临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical value on intercostals-arm resered nerve during improved operation of breast cancer.Methods 85 cases of breast caner who underwent this method operation in 61 cases and 24 cases had removed.The results were followed up.Results The sense was normal at inside of arm and axil in 58/61.Others had abnormal sense.The resection group all had sense abnormal.There was significant difference between two groups after 1～5 years follow-up.Conclusion There might be possible to reserve this nerve during operation so that to improve the life quality. |
