| 摘 要： | 目的：研究地奥心血康（DAXXK）对实验性血栓形成的影响。方法：制作了小鼠肺栓塞模型，大鼠动脉血栓形成模型和动－静脉旁路血栓形成模型，观察了DAXXK30，100，300mg/kg3种剂量下的作用。结果：DAXXK能降低肺栓塞小鼠死亡率，延长大鼠动脉血栓形成时间，减轻大鼠动－静脉旁路血栓重量。结论：DAXXK具显著的抗血栓形成作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To research on the effect of DAXXK on thrombosis. Methods:Models of pulmonary embolism in mouse, artery thrombosis and artery-venous thrombosis in rats were established to observe the effect of DAXXK.Results: DAXXK could reduce lethality of pulmonary embolism, prolong artery thrombosis time and lighten weight of artery-venous thrombosis. Conclusion: DAXXK can inhibit thrombosis effectively. |
