疝环充填式无张力疝修补术在复发性腹股沟疝中的应用

目的探讨疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗复发性腹股沟疝的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析46例(49侧)复发性腹股沟疝疝环充填式无张力修补术的临床资料。结果3例复发疝再次复发,复发率为6.4%;切口感染1侧,感染率2.0%;阴囊水肿4例,发生率8.7%;术后切口区痛感轻微,均不使用止痛剂,下床活动早。结论疝环充填式无张力疝修补术可有效降低复发性腹股沟疝的再复发率,且切口感染、阴囊水肿等发生率低,术后疼痛轻,恢复快,是目前较为理想的复发性腹股沟疝的修补方法。

Application of mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty for recurrent inguinal hernia

Objective To summarize the therapeutic efficacy of mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty for recurrent inguinal hernia.Methods All 46 patients with recurrent inguinal hernia treated by mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty were analyzed retrospectively.Results Recurrence was found in 3 cases(6.4%),1 case(2.2%) suffered from incisional infection and 4 cases(8.7%) were complicated with scrotal hydrocele.All cases sensed slight pain or less pain.Conclusion Mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty for recurrent inguinal hernia has the advantages of low recurrence,low scrotal hydrocele,low incisional infection rate,less postoperative pain,simple performance,and good therapeutic effect.It is a suitable hernioplasty for recurrent inguinal hernia.
