| 摘 要： | 目的探讨对老年白内障患者应用术前综合因素评估术中血压、心率的影响及其临床意义。方法对140例(153只眼)老年白内障患者按是否予以术前综合评估随机分成A、B两组,行白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术,分别观察手术不同时段血压、心率的变化及并发症的发生情况。结果术中B组血压、心率较A组各时段差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组血压、心率均有不同程度的变化,B组较A组波动大,两组眼部并发症例数B组较A组多。结论术前综合评估是保证老年白内障患者白内障手术顺利安全进行的有效手段,应予以加强,以降低手术风险。
