福建省5岁儿童口腔健康流行病学抽样调查报告

目的　了解福建省学龄前儿童的口腔健康状况及其流行趋势 ,为开展儿童龋病预防工作提供科学依据。　方法　采用分层整群抽样方法 ,对福州市、泉州市、南平市城乡 5岁儿童进行口腔检查。　结果　福建省 5岁儿童乳牙患龋率、龋均高于全国平均水平。农村儿童乳牙患龋率和龋均高于城市儿童 (P<0 .0 5 )。患龋率最高的是上颌乳中切牙和下颌乳磨牙。　结论　应加大口腔健康教育和干预措施 ,让家长认识到孩子乳牙的重要性 ,主动参与儿童口腔预防保健

A Epidemiological Investigation of Oral Healthy Condition among Children of Aged 5 in Fujian Province

Objective To investigate the oral healthy condition and prevalent tendency of the preschool aged 5 children in Fujian province, in order to provide a scientific basis for carrying out caries prevention. Methods The total sample of 2132 children were examined in Fuzhou, Quanzhou and Nanping. The diagnostic criteria was used recommended by the WHO. Result The caries prevalence rate and DMF of deciduous teeth in Fujian province were higher than the average levels in China. The prevalence rate and DMF in the rural was higher than that in the urban. The highest prevalence rate are deciduous of central incisors and mandibular deciduous molars. Conclusion It is necessary to propagate oral health knowledge and the importance of deciduous teeth. Oral preventive measures should be carried out actively.
