| 摘 要： | 本文通过对中国和新加坡摊贩食品卫生管理的模式和现状进行分析，通过食品加工过程危害因素、管理模式方面对比，分析目前中国摊贩食品卫生管理模式的特点和不足之处，初步提出相应的对策建议。
