| 摘 要： | 应用敏感性高的辣根过氧化物酶-抗辣根过氧化物酶法(PAP)通过对宫颈癌患者阴道脱落细胞巨细胞病毒抗原的检测,探知 HCMV 与宫颈癌的关系结果表明:宫颈癌患者阴道脱落细胞 HCMV 抗原阳性率(78%)较正常人群组(31%)高,差异有显著性。

| Abstract: | By the sensitive PAP technique the presence of cytomegalovirus-specific antigens was investigated in exfoliated cervical cells of 32 women with cer- vical cancer and of 200 with normal epithelium.Antigens were present in 78% of the samples from the patients and 31% from the normal.The an- tigen contribution in the cell was found.Relative risk from the experiment was 7.95.The results supported the role of HCMV in cervical cancer. |
