Collocation Principle and Adaptation Form of Payment Method of Medical Insurance and Mechanism of Public Hospital System

With the issuing of the reform on payment methods of medical insurance and comprehensive reforms in public hospitals in succession, it is necessary to explore the promotion of the reform of payment methods of medical insur- ance and comprehensive reforms in public hospitals planned as a whole, major principles of collocation, mismatch form and adaptation form of payment methods of medical insurance and mechanism of public hospital systems,and the main basis for selecting adaptation form. Thus, the author makes policy suggestions on promoting the reform on payment methods of med- ical insurance and the comprehensive reforms in public hospitals to the government.
