182例护理不良事件原因分析及对策

目的 分析护理不良事件发生的原因,为患者安全和风险管理提供依据.方法 对我院2008年1月-2009年6月上报的182例护理不良事件资料进行调查分析.结果 护理不良事件发生的原因有3大类,其中最常见的为护理核心制度不落实占52.2%,其次为患者安全管理不到位占25.7%,后勤保障方面占21.9%.结论 为进一步提升护理服务品质,确保患者安全,应不断强化护理人员的安全意识,加强核心制度的落实,改善护理人力资源紧缺的状况,定期对仪器设备进行检查和维护,确保仪器设备处于完好备用状态.

Analysis and countermeasures of 182 nursing adverse events

Objective To analyze the causes of adverse events in nursing and provide the evidence for patient safety control and risk management.Method Investigation and analysis of 182 nursing adverse events that reported in our hospital from January 2008 to June 2009. Results The causes of adverse events in nursing could be divided into three categories. Of all the causes. failure to implement the nursing core system was the most common one, which accounted for 52.2%. the safety control problem accounted for 25.7% and the logistic problem accounted for 21.9%. Conclusion To further promote quality of nursing care and ensure patient safety, it should strengthen the safety awareness of nursing staff and implementation of the nursing core system, improve the situation of shortage of nursing human resources, inspect and maintain equipment regularly to ensure it was in good condition.
