银杏叶提取物对一氧化氮影响的研究进展

摘    要:随着银杏叶提取物(EGb)作用机制的阐明,银杏叶广泛用于心、脑血管等疾病的治疗。EGb清除一氧化氮(NO)和调节一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的效用在很多实验中得以证实。EGb具有双向调节的作用机制,对于NO减少导致的疾病,EGb可以改善NO的生成,调节核因子κB的核移位。但对大多数NO异常生成过多的疾病,EGb清除NO和自由基,抑制iNOSmRNA和蛋白的表达,减少NO生成和降低iNOS的活性,并通过减弱核因子κB活性的抗氧化效应产生效应。

Abstract:Along with the discovery of ginkgo biloba extract's (EGb) mechanism of action,ginkgo leaf has widely been used in treatment of many diseases such as cardiovascular disease and cerebrovas- cular disease. In many experiments,it has been confirmed that EGb can remove NO and adjust NOS. EGb has the action of two-ways regulation. When NO decreases, EGb can improve the production of NO. When NO increase abnormally, EGb can get rid of NO and free radicle, restrain the expression of iNOS mRNA and protein,reduce the production of NO and degrade the action of iNOS. It can also become effective by the way of wenkening the antioxygen effects of nuclear factor-kB.
