摘    要:目的 :通过建立动物实验模型 ,探讨同时应用抗凝药物对激素引起股骨头坏死的防治作用。方法 :选用健康成年大白鼠 30只 ,随机分为对照组 (冲击注射地塞米松 )与实验组 (冲击注射地塞米松同时给予蚓激酶 )。实验 30 d处死动物 ,取股骨头作肉眼、常规病理组织学和超微结构观察。结果 :1肉眼观察实验组股骨头剖面呈红色 ,对照组呈浅红色 ;2光镜下对照组较实验组股骨头骨小梁变细、稀疏、空骨陷窝明显增多 ,脂肪细胞增大 ;3电子镜下对照组见死亡骨细胞 ,细胞体积缩小 ,核固缩比实验组多见。结论 :大剂量应用激素同时给予抗凝药物有助于防止股骨头坏死的发生

Study on Anticoagulant Preventing Dexamethasone-induced Osteonecrosis of the Femoral Head
Abstract:Objective: To study on the use of anticoagulant in prevention of the dexamethasone (DEX) induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head. Methods:30 healthy mature white rats, were selected without sexual restriction and randomly divided into control group (injected with massive dose of DEX) and experimental group (injected with massive dose of DEX and pour lumbrokinase down the stomach).Pathology of the femoral heads were observed in 30 days. Results:The trabecula of femoral head of control group changed to thinner and more rarefy, bone lacuna increased more, the bone marrow cavity had edema more and larger fatty cells were also observed than that of experimental group. Under electronic microscope,control group showed a great deal of necrotic osteocytes, pyknotic nucleus, the cytoplasm and organell were vanished. Conclusion:As massive dose of hormoes is injected, administration of anticoagulants is conducive to prevent hormone induced necrosis of the femoral head.
