| 摘 要： | 检测25例尿毒症患者胃粘膜病变及幽门螺旋菌(HP),探讨两者间的关系。结果均为胃炎(100％),其中轻、中、重度分别为10,8,7例。HP检出率36％(9/25例)。检出HP的9例轻、中、重度胃炎各3,4,2例;未检出HP的16例,轻、中、重度各7,4,5例。虽然HP感染可降低胃粘膜抵抗力致粘膜损伤,但HP感染不是尿毒症胃粘膜病变的主要原因。

| Abstract: | Twenty-five patients with uremia were studied to explore the relation between gastric mucosal injury and Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection. All the 25 uremic patients had gastritis,including mild,moderate and severe gastritis in 10,8 and 7 cases, respectively. HP was detected in the mucosa in 36% cases (9/25). Mild, moderate and severe gastritis were 3,4 and 2 cases respectively in HP positive group and 7,4,and 5 respectively in HP negative group. Though HP infection in gastric mucosa can reduce the mucosal resistance against detrimental factors inducing mucosal injury, the arthor consider that it is not the main cause for gastric mucosal damage in patients with uremia. |
