合肥市城市人群结核病控制项目实施性研究的初探

目的　评价合肥市城市人群结核病流行与防治效果 ,为控制结核病流行提供依据。方法　运用循证医学方法诊断病人 ,以病人发现、登记、治疗及其转归等指标作为评价依据。结果　 2 0 0 3年登记活动性肺结核 6 6 5例 ,其中涂阳 193,复治涂阳占 2 5 .8% ,青壮年病人占 5 9.4 %。肺结核新登记率为 4 3.8/ 10万 ;涂阳新登记率 13.3/ 10万 ;规则用药率 6 7.7% ,平均治愈率 35 .4 %。结论　政府承诺加强城市人群结防工作 ,有利于改变结核病防治的被动局面。规范化诊疗和管理是提高病例发现与治愈水平的重要保证。

Study on Prevalence and Control of TB in Hefei

Objective To evaluate the effect of TB prevalence and control in Hefei. Methods The method of Evidence-Based Medicine was used to diagnose cases, and the cases-detect, registration, treatment and the cases-outcome were taken as the evaluation basis.Results There were 665 active TB cases registered in 2003, the smear positive cases were 193. Among them, the re-treatment rate was 25.8%, and cases at young and middle age accounted for 59.4%. The active tuberculosis registration rate was 43.8/10 5 . The new smear-positive registration rates was 13.3/10 5 . Regular treatment rate was 67.7%. The average cure rate was 35.4%. Conclusions Government`s commitment of supporting the city groups was the key to change the backward situation of TB prevention and control in the city and the regular treatment and management was the assurance for improving the rates of case detection and cure.
