| 摘 要： | 目的探讨青年人缺血性脑卒中与抗心磷脂抗体（ACA）的关系及对预后的影响。方法测定青年人脑卒中组73例和健康体检者（对照组）30例患者血清ACA的阳性率,计算其异常率并进行比较。按脑卒中患者临床神经功能缺损程度评分（CNFDS）标准对患者进行评分。结果病例组ACA阳性率高于对照组（P〈0.001）; 病例组中,ACA阳性者中多灶脑梗死率高于ACA阴性者（P=0.016）; ACA阳性者中再发脑卒中高于ACA阴性者（P=0.040）; 病例组中ACA阳性者患者CNFDS评分较高,中位数为18（6～35）,且预后不良。结论ACA可作为临床评价脑梗死严重程度和预后的生物学指标。
