摘    要:目的观察5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)治疗复发性尖锐湿疣的临床疗效及复发率。方法65例复发性尖锐湿疣患者局部外敷5-盐酸氨酮戊酸(ALA)后,用波长635nm的氦氖激光照射疣体,每次20~40min,1次/ w,共治疗1~6次;对照组为55例初发尖锐湿疣患者,用传统CO_2激光常规治疗。比较两组的疗效及复发率。结果治疗组经1~6次治疗后疣体完全消退,无溃疡、尿道狭窄、感染等并发症,术后随访3个月复发7(10.77%)例。对照组经1~2次治疗后疣体全部清除,术后随访3个月复发26(47.27%)例,其中19(34.55%)例在1~3周内复发。结论ALA -PDT治疗尖锐湿疣疗效可靠、复发率低、耐受性好。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect and recurrence of topical 5-aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy (ALA-PDT) in lesions of recurrent condylomata acuminate.Methods Sixty-five patients with recurrent condylomata acuminate were treated with topical ALA before 635nm helium-neon laser radiation for twenty to forty minutes.They were subjected to some treatments range from one to six.Fifty-five primary patients were treated with traditional CO_2 laser radiation for 1 or 2 times to eliminate the lesions as control group.Results All the lesions vanished after treated by ALA-PDT for 1 to 6 times.No ulcer、urethrostenosis、infection was observed.sixty-five patients were followed up for three months,7 cases(10.77%) had recurred. All the lesions were eliminated after CO_2 laser treatment 1 or 2 times,however 26 cases(47.27%) patients had recurred in 3 months and 19(34.55%) patients of them had recurred from 1 to 3 weeks after the treatment.Conclusion Results suggests that ALA-PDT is an effective,well tolerated and less recurrent treatment for condylomata acuminata.
