影响出院者平均住院日多因素分析

目的 全面探讨影响医院平均住院日的因素及其定量关系，从而为医院找到针对性的方法，提高医院的医疗质量，降低平均住院日。方法 调查北京某大医院1999年出院者9176人，利用多元逐步回归方法，计算出不同因素与出院者住院日定量关系。结果 影响住院日的因素是多方面的，影响因素包括：转科情况、确诊天数、出生年份、患多种疾病、性别、院科别、第二诊断转归、婚姻、入院情况、入院日期等（P＜0．05），而与费别、第三诊断转归、出院月份、入院月份、第一诊断的转归无关（P＞0．05）。结论 降低平均住院日的方案必须有针对性，同时要以保证医疗质量为前提。

Research on the Determinants of the Average Hospitalized Day

Objective To determine factors which have important effects on the average hospitalized day,and measure them quantitatively.Methods 9176 patients hospitalized in 1999 were studied.We have estabilished a multiple regression equation by the method of stepwise regression analysis with SPSS software.Results There are many important factors to determine the average hospitalized day,including 9 independant variables:changed department,diagnosed days,age,the number of illness,sex,etc(P<0 05).Conclusion We shorten the average hospitalized day in order to increase medical treatment quality.
