针灸配合中药治疗产后尿潴留疗效研究

目的:探讨针灸联合中药治疗产后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法:57例产后尿潴留患者随机分为对照组27例和治疗组30例,对照组给予常规治疗加中药,治疗组在对照组基础上给予针刺疗法,观察两组总有效率及平均起效时间。结果:治疗组总有效率86.67%,显著高于对照组(62.96%),差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组中最早能自主排尿的时间为治疗后1d,平均起效时间为(3.5±1.5)d,明显优于对照组(6.12±2.59)d,具有统计学差异(T=2.45,P0.05)。结论:针灸治疗可显著提高中药治疗产后尿潴留的临床疗效,两者配合使用有较大的临床意义。

Efficacy of treating postpartum urinary retention by acupuncture and TCM

Objective: To investigate the efficacy of treating postpartum urinary retention by acupuncture and TCM. Methods: 57 cases of postpartum urinary retention were randomly divided into control group(n=27) and treatment group(n=30), the control group received conventional therapy and TCM, the treatment group was given acupuncture on the basis of the treatment in the control group, and to observe the total effective rate and average starting time. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%, significantly higher than that in the control group (62.96%),with a statistically significant (P<0.05); treatment group in the first self-voiding time for the day after treatment, with an average time of onset (3.5±1.5) days, significantly better than the control group (6.12±2.59),with a statistically significant (T=2.45, P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture treatment can significantly improve the TCM treatment of postpartum urinary retention clinical efficacy, using acupuncture and TCM in conjunction recived a larger clinical significance.
