| 摘 要： | 目的：评价高频X线摄影对乳腺癌的诊断，提高乳腺癌的诊断率。方法：取经手术、病理、证实的102例(105例次)乳腺癌的术前乳腺片进行回顾性综合分析。结果：102例(105例次)乳腺癌中，表现为肿块影的47例次、表现浸润的8例次、表现钙化的33例次、电脑定位穿刺活捡5例次、间接征象12例次。结论：高频X线机具有小焦点、自动暴光控制、能够多位置投照，能够大大提高乳腺癌的诊断率，从而提高乳腺癌的治愈率和延长生存期。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate high frequency X ray in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods:One hundred and two high frequency X ray images of breast cancer surgically confirmed were comprehensively analyzed.Results:There were tumors in 47 cases,calcification in 33 cases,structurat derangement in 8 cases,biopsy in 5 cases,and indirect signs in 12 cases.Conclusion:the high frequency X ray is of great value in diagnosis of breast cancer,which may predict the pathologic characteristics of the tumor. |
