脐带缠绕胎儿414例临床分析

目的 探讨脐带缠绕分娩方式的选择对围产儿的影响.方法 回顾性研究2004～2005年我院住院3801例孕妇资料,随机选择孕足月、单胎头位、无妊娠并发症的非脐带缠绕病例与脐带缠绕病例比较,分析脐带缠绕的程度、部位、分娩方式的选择及对围产儿的影响.结果 脐带缠绕产妇阴道手术产率、剖宫产率均高于非脐带缠绕产妇.结论 脐带缠绕对围产儿有负面影响,应严密观察产程,脐带缠绕2周以上,应适当放宽剖宫产指征.

Clinical analysis of 414 cases of umbilical cord entanglement

Objective To explore the right way to initiate delivery in cases of umbilical cord entanglement and assess its effect on perinatal infants. Methods Retrospective analysis of 3801 clinical records between 2004 and 2005. Comparison between cases of non-cord entanglement without gestation syndrome and those of umbilical winding, Results The rates of vagina operations on pregnant women whose babies have necks wound and the cesarean section are higher than those of non-cord entanglement. Conclusion Umbilical cord entanglement has bad effect on perinatal infants, Therefore close watch should be given during the whole process of delivery. In cases of two or more cycles of cord entanglement cesarean section should be considered under appropriate circumstances.
