| 摘 要： | 儿童细菌性痢疾 (菌痢 )是倍受关注的公共卫生问题。为此 ,作者选择一些家庭环境因素相关的指标 ,针对某市某医院肠道门诊就诊的 1 4岁以下儿童进行了急性菌痢危险因素的病例对照研究。1 .对象与方法 :(1 )对象 :选择 2 0 0 1年 8～ 1 0月份在某市某公司医院肠道科就诊的 44例 1 4岁以下菌痢患儿为病例组 (男 2 6例 ,女1 8例 ) ,同时就诊的 1 65例非菌痢腹泻儿童为内对照组 (男1 0 7例 ,女 58例) ,以同性别同年龄同季节为成组匹配条件于该院保健科、该公司附属幼儿园及小学选择 2 81名健康儿童作为健康对照组 (男 1 61名 ,女 1 2 0名 ) ,三… |

| Abstract: | Children bacterial dysentery bacillary dysentery is closely watched a public health problem. To this end, the authors select some family environment factors related indicators, in view of the city a hospital children under the age of 14 of the intestinal clinic case-control study of risk factors of acute bacillary dysentery. |
