| 摘 要： | 目的:研究晚期卵巢上皮癌增殖细胞核抗原(proliferatingcellnuclearantigenPCNA的表达与化疗效果的关系。方法:选择28例Ⅲ/Ⅳ期上皮性卵巢癌手术后继续行6个疗程以上化疗有效者及28例与之相匹配的化疗无效者手术时的卵巢癌标本,以免疫组化SP法检测PCNA的表达。结果化疗无效组与化疗有效组PCNA表达强度分别为32.14±19.27%23.18±16.38%,差异显著P<0.05。结论:PCNA在化疗反应不同的上皮性卵巢癌中表达不同,有可能成为卵巢癌化疗效果的预测指标。

| Abstract: | Objective: The current study was designed to investigate the relationship between the proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) expression and the effect of chemotherapy in the patients with advanced epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods: The samples were selected at epithelial ovarian cancer Stage Ⅲ /Ⅳ , who received more than 6 courses of postoperational chemotherapy, and showed effective (chemotherapy-effective group,28 cases). Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of PCNA protein. Result: The expressions of PCNA in chemotherapy-effective and chemotherapy-ineffective were 32.14± 19.27％ ,23.18± 16.38％ (P<0.05), respectively. Conclusion: The expression of PCNA were different in epithelial ovarian cancer with different response to chemotherapy, and it may serve as a predicting factor of chemotherapy efficiency in epithelial ovarian cancer. |
