| 摘 要： | 目的了解临床上常见的变态反应性皮肤病的特异过敏原及血清总IgE水平变化.方法采用荧光酶标法(MAST法)检测了987例变态反应性皮肤病患者的过敏原血清特异性IgE(sIgE)和总IgE水平.结果sIgE阳性率为73.4%(724/987),总IgE阳性率为86.6%(855/987).其中粉尘螨、屋尘螨、霉菌类、狗毛占多数,食物类过敏以虾、蟹为主.结论MAST CLA-1测定仪应用荧光酶标法的原理检测过敏原操作简单,特异性高,特异性过敏原的检测对变态反应性皮肤病的预防和治疗有一定的指导作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the specific immunogobulin E(sIgE) of the allergens and total serum IgE in patients with common allergic dermatosis. Methods 987 patients with common allergic dermatosis were detected the sIgE and total serum IgE level by MAST CLA-1 test system. Results 855 of 987(86.6%)cases presented positive reaction of total IgE and 724 of 987(73.4%) patients sIgE was positive. Among sIgE positive cases, the most common allergen is dust mite , then is farina mite , penicillium , dog. Crab is the most common allergen in food group. Conclusion MAST CLA-1 test system can help us to find relevant allergen and to confirm allergic constitution of patients, and provide foundation of the prevention and treatment of allergic dermatosis. |
