利福平对小鼠四氯化碳急性肝中毒的影响

摘    要:研究了利福平等药物对四氯化碳(CCl_4)所致小鼠急性肝中毒的影响,结果发现经利福平预处理小鼠在给予CCl_4后,其血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)水平显著低于对照组和其他药物实验组(P<0.001);组织病理学观察表明使用利福平组小鼠的肝损害程度也明显轻于对照组和其他药物实验组。进一步用DPH为荧光探剂检测肝脏微粒体膜的流动性,发现利福平可以稳定小鼠肝脏微粒体膜。上述结果表明利福平在一定程度上可以减轻CCl_4对小鼠肝脏的损害,保护肝脏,且其作用的机制可能在于它可以稳定肝脏微粒体膜。

Abstract:The effect of rifampine on carbon tetrachloride(CCl_4)induced mouse acutehepatic toxicity was studied in this investigation,The results showed that the level of serumalanine aminotransferase(ALT) in the group of animals pretreated with rifampine wassignificantly lower than that of the other experiment groups(P< 0.001) after the administrationof CCl_4. The histological examinations also revealed that rifampine also markedly attenuated theseverity of the damage induced by CCl_4(P<0.001).The fluid of the hepatic microsome mem-brane was studied by DPH,a fluorescent substance.The result revealed that rifampine couldsteady the hepatic microsome membrane,The authors concluded that rifampine could protectthe mouse liver from the toxicity of CCl_4,and the possible mechanism lied in its steadying effecton the hepatic microsome membrane.
