超声观察犬急性肾损伤

摘    要:目的评价常规超声及超声造影(CEUS)在急性肾损伤诊断中的价值。方法选择8条健康杂种犬的16只肾脏,全麻下制造不同程度的肾实质损伤模型,分别进行常规超声及CEUS检查,并将检查结果与大体标本及组织病理结果进行对照分析。结果肾挫伤及轻度肾裂伤组,常规超声显示率为10%(1/10),CEUS均不能显示;重度肾裂伤组,常规超声及CEUS显示率均为100%(6/6)。结论对于犬急性肾损伤,肾实质损伤程度是影响超声显像的主要因素,常规超声结合CEUS评价肾损伤的严重程度和血管损伤更加准确可靠。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of conventional ultrasonography (US) and contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS) in acute kidney trauma. Methods Under general anesthesia, 16 kidneys of 8 healthy hybrid dogs were exposed through posterior retroperitoneal, and then kidney parenchymal bruise, mild and severe parenchymal laceration were performed in the animals. Conventional US and CEUS were used to detect the injured kidney. The imaging of ultrasound was compared with the specimens and pathology of the injured kidneys. Results In kidney parenchymal bruise group and mild kidney parenchymal laceration group, 1 in 10 and 0 in 10 traumatic lesions was identified with conventional US and CEUS, respectively, whereas all lesions (6/6) were identified in severe kidney parenchymal laceration group. Conclusion Imaging of ultrasound is correlated with the serious degree of kidney trauma in dogs. Combination of conventional US and CEUS may play an important role in evaluating the severity and vascular lesions in acute kidney trauma.
