冰片与川芎配伍抗脑缺血再灌注损伤作用机理的研究

【目的】探讨冰片与川芎配伍抗脑缺血再灌注损伤的作用机理。【方法】用结扎双侧颈总动脉法 ,造成大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型 ,观察冰片与川芎配伍对急性脑缺血再灌注脑组织中一氧化氮 (NO)及自由基含量的影响。【结果】冰片与川芎配伍使缺血再灌注脑组织过氧化脂质 (LPO)生成明显减少 (P<0 .0 1) ,并升高超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性 (P <0 .0 1) ,对NO含量也有明显降低的作用 (P <0 .0 1) ,作用明显优于单用川芎或冰片。【结论】提示冰片与川芎配伍可能是通过减少缺血脑组织中NO的生成 ,减轻NO介导的神经毒性作用 ,提高自由基清除酶的活性 ,抑制脂质过氧化反应 ,而对缺血性脑组织损伤起保护作用 ,伍用冰片后可增强川芎对脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。

Mechanism of Borneolum Combined with Rhizoma Chuanxiong in Counteracting Cerebral Ischemia with Reperfusion Injury

Objective To explore the mechanism of Borneolum combined with Rhizoma Chuanxiong in counteracting cerebral ischemia with reperfusion injury.Methods Rat Model of cerebral ischemia with reperfusion injury was set up by occlusion of bilateral carotid arteries.The effect of Borneolum combined with Rhizoma Chuanxiong on the content of nitric oxide(NO)and free radicals of model rat brain tissue was observed.Results Borneolum combined with Rhizoma Chuanxiong decreased the lipid peroxide(LPO)content and increased the activity of superoxidase(SOD)in model rat brain tissue(P< 0.01).The effect of Borneolum combined with Rhizoma Chuanxiong is superior to that of Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Borneolum used singly.Conclusion The protective mechanism is related to the reduction of NO formation and NO mediating neurotoxicity,the increase of SOD activity and the inhibition of lipid peroxidation.
