| 摘 要： | 目的观察锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折的方法和效果。方法切开复位锁骨钩钢板内固定及韧带修补术治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折29例。结果平均随访28个月,按Karlsson疗效标准,优21例,良8例。结论锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨外侧端骨折,符合生物力学要求,并发症少,是一种较好的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effectiveness of clavicular hook plate(CHP)in treating the acromioclavicular joint dislocation and lateral clavicular fracture.Methods Twenty-nine patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocation and lateral clavicular fracture were treated with clavicular hook plate combined with ligament suture.Results All cases were followed up for an average of 28 months.According to Karlsson standards,21 cases were excellent,and eight cases were good.Conclusion The treatments of the acromioclavicular joint dislocation and lateral clavicular fracture with CHP agree to biomechanical principle and demands.It is a reliable method without complications. |
