舍曲林、文拉法新与阿普唑仑治疗广泛性焦虑障碍对照研究

目的 探讨不同药物治疗广泛性焦虑障碍（GAD）的疗效。方法 92例广泛性焦虑障碍患者被随即分成3组，分别接受阿普唑仑、舍曲林和文拉法新3种药物治疗12周，根据Ballenger提出的缓解标准比较疗效。结果 12周后，舍曲林治疗的34例和文拉法新治疗的26例GAD患者都达到缓解标准，HAMA和HAMD的得分都小于7分，减分率大于70％；而阿普唑仑治疗的32例GAD患者没有达到缓解标准。结论 舍曲林和文拉法新能够使GAD的症状达到缓解标准。

A comparison study of sertraline, venlafxin and alprazolam in treatment of generalized anxiety disorder

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of different kinds of drug in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder. Methods A total of 92 patients with generalized anxiety disorder were randomly divided into three groups. Every group was treated by Alprazolam, Sertraline and Venlafaxin independently for 12 weeks. Then the clinical efficacy was compared with the remission criterion of GAD suggested by Ballenger. Results After 12 weeks, the clinical efficacy of both Sertraline and Venlafaxin meet the remission criterion of GAD. Scores of both HAMA and HAMD were less than 7, and reducing ratios of both HAMA and HAMD were more than 70%. But the treatment of Alprazolam did not meet the remission criterion of GAD. Conclusion Sertraline and Venlafaxin can make symptoms of patients with GAD remission.
