精索静脉曲张致不育症治疗方法的对比研究

目的对比两种治疗精索静脉曲张（VC）致不育症方法的疗效。方法将64例VC患者随机分为单纯手术组32例（A组）和术后联合东维力、黄精赞育胶囊、锌片、VitE治疗组32例（B组）。结果治疗6个月后A组精液精子密度、a＋b级精子、畸形精子数目明显改善（P〈0.05）,B组改善更为明显,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,且B组配偶妊娠率较A组明显提高（P〈0.01）。结论VC患者术后联合东维力、黄精赞育胶囊、锌片、VitE药物治疗较单纯手术治疗疗效好,可明显改善精液质量和提高配偶妊娠率。

Comparative study of two kinds of treatments on the varicocele-related infertility

Objective To compare the effectiveness of two kinds of treatments of the varicocele--related infertility after varicoceletomy. Methods The 64 patients were divided randomly into two groups ：32 cases single-- operation group（ Group A）and the another 32 cases combined--treatment group, including operation, treatment of levecarnitine - NEGPF, Zinc tables, polygonati for brood eampuls and Vit E （ Group B）. Results After six months treatment, both the semen quality and the pregnancy rate of two groups were significantly improved and increased respectively （ P 〈 0.05 ） , such as the notable increase of both sperm density and motility （a ＋ b） and the notable de- crease of teratosperm rate. In addition, there were significant differences in the semen parametem or the pregnancy rate between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and group B was superior to group A in the effectiveness （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The combined--treatment and utilization of levocarnitine--NEGPF , Zinc tables,polygonati for brood eampuls and Vit E after varieoeeletomy, not only more significantly improve the semen quality and parameters , but also more notably promote the pregnancy rate. In brief, the combined treatment of operation and medicine definitely can promote the therapeutic effectiveness of the varieoeele--related infertility.
