颅内血肿微创穿刺粉碎清除术治疗高血压脑出血的临床观察

摘    要:目的观察为高血压脑出血患者行颅内血肿微创穿刺粉碎清除术的实际效果,总结其临床价值。方法回顾2011年06月~2013年10月高血压脑出血患者75例,将其分成微创组35例,对照组40例,为对照组患者应用传统开颅手术,为微创组患者在应用颅内血肿微创穿刺粉碎清除术,临床治疗后,对比两组患者的神经功能评分及临床治疗有效率。结果与治疗前相比,两组神经功能缺损评分均有所降低,但对比两组数据,差异显著(P0.05);从临床治疗有效率看,微创组为88.57%。对照组为65.00%,经统计、对比,差异显著,存在统计学意义(P0.05),说明微创组治疗效果优于对照组。结论为高血压脑出血患者行颅内血肿微创穿刺粉碎清除术,疗效确切,值得应用、推广。

Clinical effect of minimally invasive puncture for debridement of smashed intracranial hematoma in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of minimally invasive puncture for debridement of smashed intracranial hematoma in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and to summarize its clinical value. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 75 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage from June 2011 to October 2013. These patients were divided into minimally invasive puncture group (n=35) and control group (n=40). The control group underwent conventional craniotomy, while the minimally invasive puncture group received minimally invasive puncture for debridement of smashed intracranial hematoma. After clinical treatment, the two groups were compared in terms of neurologic impairment score and treatment response rate. Results After treatment, both groups showed decreases in neurologic impairment score, but there was significant difference between the two groups (P〈0.05). The minimally invasive puncture group had a significantly higher treatment response rate than the control group (88.57% vs 65.00%, P〈0.05), which suggested that the minimally invasive puncture group had a significantly better treatment outcome than the control group. Conclusion Minimally invasive puncture for debridement of smashed intracranial henmtoma has good clinical effect in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and holds promise for clinical application.
