| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜下胆总管切开取石一期缝合术的可行性。方法回顾性分析2011年4月～2012年12月本院行腹腔镜下胆总管切开取石一期缝合术28例患者的临床资料。结果28例患者手术均获成功，术后无残留结石、胆管狭窄发生，胆汁漏3例，经腹腔引流后治愈出院。结论腹腔镜胆总管探查取石一期缝合术安全可行，可成为治疗胆总管结石的一种标准术式。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the feasibility of laparoscopic choledochotomies with primary closure to clean common bile duct stones. Methods The clinical datas of 28 patients treated with laparoscopic choledochotomies with primary closure to clean common bile duct stones in our hospital from April 2011 to December 2012 was analyzed retrospec- tively. Results The operation of 28 cases were all successful,no biliary residual stones and biliary stricture was found;3 patients occured bile leakage,and biliary fluid stopped spontaneously by tube drainage and discharge from hospital. Conclusion Laparoseopie common bile duct exploration with primary closure to clean common bile duct stones is a safe type of operation with reliability,and it can be considered as a standard operation for the treatment of common bile duct calculi. |
