间苯三酚在潜伏期宫颈性水肿中的临床应用

目的探讨间苯三酚治疗潜伏期宫颈性水肿的临床效果及对产程的影响。方法将160例产妇随机分为观察组（n=80例）和对照组（n=80例），观察组给予间苯三酚治疗，对照组给予山莨菪碱治疗。结果观察组宫颈水肿消退总有效率为96．25％，显著优于对照组的67．50％（P〈0．05）；产程进展明显快于对照组（P〈0．05）；阴道分娩率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）；而观察组新生儿出生时Apgar评分与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论对产程处于潜伏期的宫颈性水肿的初产妇采用问苯三酚治疗，能够有效消除宫颈水肿，加速宫口扩张，缩短产程和提高阴道分娩率。

The clinical application of phloroglucinol in cervical edema during incubation period

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of phloroglucinol on cervical edema during incubation period and its impact on the progress of labor. Methods 160 cases puerpera were randomly divided into observation group （n=80） and control group （n=80）.Phloroglucinol was administrated to puerpera in observation group;and anisodamine was ad- ministrated to those in control group. Results The total efficiency rate of cervical edema subsiding was 96.25% in ob- servation group,which was significantly better than that of control group （67.50%） （P〈O.05）;the progress of labor in ob- servation group was obviously faster than that in control group （P〈0.05）;its vaginal delivery rate was obviously higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）;the difference in Apgar＇s scores once the baby was born between observation group and control group had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. Conclusion For primipara with cervical edema during incu- bation period,phloroglucinol can effectively eliminate cervical edema,accelerate cervical dilation,shorten progress of la- bor and increase vaginal delivery rate.
