| 摘 要： | 目的探讨来氟米特治疗过敏性紫癜肾炎的治疗效果。方法将激素治疗无效的过敏性紫癜肾炎随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组予以来氟米特加泼尼松口服，对照组用强的松加雷公藤治疗，总疗程6个月。观察治疗前后24h尿蛋白定量、尿红细胞计数及血浆白蛋白，并观察患者的不良反应。结果治疗组的总有效率为90．9％，对照组总有效率为83．3％，两组之间比较无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论来氟米特联合泼尼松治疗激素无效的过敏性紫癜肾炎是安全和有效的。

The Clinical Analysis of Leflunomide on Hormone Invalid Henoch- schonlein Purpura Nephritis |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness and safe of leflunomide in the treatment of henoch - schonlein purpura nephritis. Methods 40 patients with hormone invalid henoch - schonlein purpura nephritis were divided into the control group （n = 18 ） and the treatment group （n = 22） randomly. The control group received tripterygium wilfordii and hormone, while the treatment group received leflunomide and hormone. To compare the clinical effectiveness and indexes. Results After treatment, Levels of 24h urinary protein and urinary RBC count were significantly declined （P 〈0.05 ） . After 6 months treatment, the total remission rate for the treatment group （90. 9% ） were higher than that for control group （83.3%） （P 〉0. 05）. The adverse effect rate for treatment group （ 18.2% ） was lower than that for control group （ 50% ） （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Leflunomide is safe and effective medicine in treating henoeh -sehonlein purpura nephritis. |
